I stayed in a beautiful room that was two floors above the old one, which was in decent shape compared to others. The bed, although not perfect, was a queen premium. The room was at the end of the corridor with a great corner window and a large balcony. The location was in a premium spot in Rio, across the road from the beach. However, the service was mixed, with some issues with the staff's behavior. The dining was repetitive and quite boring, opposite the beach.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, with a corner window and a large balcony at the end of the corridor offering a spectacular ocean view. I spent a lot of time there enjoying the pool and the bar. The location was great, right across the road from Recreio beach, but a little far from all the sights in Rio. The dining was of good quality, and the facilities were excellent.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was clean and good sized, but there were little bugs and the wardrobe doors were destroyed. They assigned us this room despite having other options available, and the balcony was too small to even sit on. The service by security was odd, as they explained they couldn't come up, only my friend and me could. I valued good service staff education and professionalism, especially for a 4-star hotel.
